From intimate ceremonies to grand receptions, our experienced team will work with you to create the wedding of your dreams. Rates & Packages
No matter the size of your guest list, our venue has the flexibility to accommodate your wedding vision.
Each wedding is individual, and the costs will be different depending on the style and size of your wedding. It is essential to come and visit us at Samphire.
Once you have seen our venue, and talked about your plans with us, we can then work out a cost for you.
Fee includes:
- Exclusive hire of the property for one night from 12 noon on the day of the wedding until 2 a.m.
- White Umbrellas (if raining)
- Two client meetings to help plan and co-ordinate your entire wedding
- Personal day plan and table planning
- Bottle of champagne for the Bride & Groom upon arrival
- A Red Carpet Welcome Prosecco, Buck's Fizz, Kir Royal reception and vintage afternoon tea after the ceremony served in our bar
- Personalised wedding menus, place names and table plan displays
- Cake table, stand and vintage cake knife
- Microphone for speeches and toasts
- 5-course wedding meal prepared by Tom and his team with your menu choices
- Red and white wine for all the guests throughout dinner
- Evening supper at 11pm including sandwiches, hot snacks, tea and coffee
- Dance floor in the restaurant for the party
- Recommendations for florists, live bands, DJs, trad-musicians, taxis, wedding cake suppliers, photographers, videographers, hairdressers and beauticians
- All equipment such as tables, chairs, white linen, silver cutlery, glasses, candles
- Tasting dinner and wine experience for the Bride and Groom prior to the wedding
- Public liability
- Price includes VAT, but does not include service charge

At Samphire, we believe that food is an integral part of any wedding celebration. That's why we pride ourselves on providing a culinary experience that's both exceptional and sustainable. We serve dinner 4 nights a week, with a weekly special curated by our head Chef Tom.

Looking to have the ceremony on the grounds? A humanist wedding ceremonies could suit you. Putting you - the couple - at the centre of the ceremony. They are designed to be very personal and meaningful; they are about you as a couple celebrating your love for each other and making your commitment to one another, in the company of those closest to you, with appropriate well-chosen words, readings and music in a place of your choosing.
